PAYMENT: I accept major credit/debit card Payments, the transaction is handled by Paypal the same as many online payment processors but "YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT FOR THIS", I also except PayPal, Cheque and Google Checkout Via Email. Cheques to made payable to "Scents-Ability"
If you have paid by eCheque through PayPal this can take upto 10 working days to clear, Google payment and Cheques also have to be fully cleared. Most orders are currently 5-10 working days to be despatched once payment has cleared (excluding weekend). Please contact me via email or telephone for larger orders to check approximate despatch times.
POSTAGE: UK mainland is charged by weight sent 1st class Royal Mail, for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands please contact me for delivery costs. Recorded delivery available on request. If courier delivery is less than Royal Mail then orders will be sent by this means, if you wish your order to be by Royal Mail please contact me for costs.
PLEASE NOTE: COURIER ORDERS WILL BE DELIVERED MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY, NOT WEEKENDS! If you require delivery on a specific day please email after purchase and I will do my best to arrange this.
International: Please email me with details of your order for exact shipping costs.
If you live in the Harlow area please email me with your address before placing an order as it may be possible for your order to be delivered with minimal or even free delivery costs ( depending on where you are ) You will need to wait for a email with a coupon code for this service, if you already have a code be sure to enter it when placing your order.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS: I do not accept returns of home fragrancing items or soaps / bath & body items (except in exceptional circumstances, please contact me) due to the fact that they can be tampered with. I will refund or replace oil burners if you are not entirely happy with them. These must be unused and in the same condition. These must be posted back to me at your own expense and a re-delivery charge must be paid for replacements.

INSURANCE: I cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by Royal Mail, and regret I am unable to replace missing items unless insurance cover has been purchased, if you wish to have insurance cover please contact me for prices. Large orders will normally be sent by courier (UK mainland only) and in this case insurance cover is automatically included free of charge. Please report any shortages or damage within ONE day of delivery. Photographic evidence of damage may be required.
